This can be caused by a couple of different things. First off, you'll want to make sure you're using one of the following browsers:

* Internet Explorer 6.0 or above
* FireFox 1.5 or above
* Safari 2.0.3 or above


You'll also want to make sure you've got the most recent version of Flash. To download Flash, please visit the Macromedia Flash website.

Are you on dial-up? Have a web accelerator? Try disabling it and see if the Slide Show comes up.

If you're still unable to view your Slide Show, make sure to clear your browser cache and cookies. To do this in Internet Explorer, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on 'Tools' at the top of the browser
2. Select 'Internet Options'
3. Under the 'Temporary Internet Files' section click on 'Delete Files' and 'Delete Cookies'
4. Close out of your browser and launch a new one
