March 21, 2006 Dear Ms. Barbara Young, When I went out to my porch today, about 10:45am ET, I noticed the No Drill Mounting Kit was delivered already. WOW, to receive service like this, is priceless and very much appreciated. I personally thank you for all your time and effort to rectify this problem with Kargo Master. With being involved in a small business, I have to deal with many customer service representatives a few times a week and the results get a little annoying sometimes. Oh how I wish you were the other person at the other end of the phone when I need to call to correct a misunderstanding. Again, I think you so much and because of you, I will make future purchases with Express.
